Background

Artshow ASAP provides the means for sending a generic email to Artists with Logon details. You wish to send a more personalised email to the Artists in your list.


Procedure

  1. Logon to the Curator Console
  2. Select [Artists] and Search or Filter on the Artist you to wish to invite.
  3. Click Export 

  4. Select format Commas (.csv) and save file to Desktop


  5. Open file in Excel and copy column with email addresses.

  6. Paste the email address in your email client.


Hints:

  • If you wish to send an email to multiple artists, you may prefer not to disclose the email adddress. If so, paste the emails into the .bcc field rather than To field in your email client.
  • If you wish to provide a nicely formatted email for invitations, you may prefer to use a tool like www.mailchimp.com.
