Problem
Artist has finalised their artwork submission, but has now requested to make changes to their Artworks.
The Submit Artworks section of the Artist Dashboard is now locked from further changes.
Solution
Curators are able to unlock the Artists in order for the Artist to make further changes.
First, logon to Curator Console and search for the related Artist
1. Edit Artist
2. Change Status
3. Unlock Artwork Submission
NOTES:
i) Unlocked Artist can be seen within the Artist Tab
ii) Once unlocked, Artists can add to and edit their Artworks. This includes the ability for the Artist to edit their price.
