Problem

You see the following message:


        Email or password incorrect.                                                                                                  



Solution

1. Click on the (forgot?) link adjacent to the Password.

2. Enter your email address and click Submit

3. Be on the lookout for an email from artshow@artshowasap.net that will include a web link to reset your password.



Note:

  • If you see the message when resetting your password, 

          Email address not found. This email address does not have a current account.
