Art Show ASAP is a web application developed to streamline the administrative processes of Art Shows.

The Art Show App is accessed by:

  • Artists – entering the Artworks in to the Art Show
  • Curators – inviting Artists, curating artworks. Responsible for the sales and logistics of the Art Show.
  • Executives – inviting Curators, and Committee members and responsible for Artist payments.
  • Other Committee Members – read access to Artists and Artwork information.

All users share the same database. 

Data (Artists, Artworks, Sales etc) will be entered once and stored centrally and reported from within the App. This eliminates the need for multiple spreadsheets and allows the entire Art Committee to always access up-to-date information.
